Day 1Arrival on island time
Fly into St. Lucia and take the gorgeous coastal drive north to Soufrière — the driver will stop at the viewpoints, trust him. Arrive to a rum punch and a view of the Pitons from our balcony.
Moment of the day: First look at the Pitons from our room
Day 2Do absolutely nothing, beautifully
Beach, pool, book, repeat. A full decompression day in the warm Caribbean with nowhere to be — Sugar Beach sits right between the Pitons. Dinner at a Creole restaurant in town.
Moment of the day: Falling asleep on a beach chair, zero guilt
Day 3Climb Gros Piton
The big one — a guided morning climb up Gros Piton, 2,600 feet of rainforest trail with a view over the whole island at the top. Afternoon recovery in the pool, heroically.
Moment of the day: The summit photo, 25 years strong
Day 4Volcano mud bath & waterfall
Drive into the crater of the world's only drive-in volcano for a warm sulphur-spring mud bath (it's a couples activity, we don't make the rules), then rinse off under Toraille waterfall.
Moment of the day: Laughing at each other covered head-to-toe in mud
Day 5Snorkeling Anse Chastanet
Water taxi to Anse Chastanet, one of the Caribbean's best shore-snorkeling reefs — sea fans, parrotfish, and maybe a turtle — with lunch on the black-sand beach.
Moment of the day: Pointing out fish to each other underwater
Day 6Sunset sail
Lazy morning and a last swim, then an afternoon catamaran cruise along the coast, anchoring in a quiet bay before sailing home past the Pitons at golden hour.
Moment of the day: Slow-dancing on deck as the sun goes down
Day 7Last mango at breakfast
One final balcony breakfast with that view, a walk on the beach, and the scenic drive back to the airport. Home by tonight; back someday, promise.
Moment of the day: One more balcony sunrise together
